Adobofest and Cook-Off 2018 is an inaugural event that will celebrate of the National Dish of the Philippines.
Benefiting Saint Theresa’s A Living Sacrifice Holy and Acceptable to God Capital Campaign, it will be a day filled with fun competition, music, prizes, and, of course, a lot of adobo.
If you think your adobo is unbeatable, assemble a team and give us a call or drop us a message! We’ll give you all the necessary forms and would be happy to answer any of your questions.
General Admission Tickets will be available soon (no entrance fee for cooking teams)!

Where: Saint Theresa parish grounds
Time: 9 – 11 AM (entertainment, cook-off);
11 AM – 1 PM (tasting, awards)
Download the Adobo Fest Registration, Rules, and Regulations and return to the parish office at 705 St. Theresa Blvd., Sugar Land, TX 77498. Call the parish at 281-494-1156 for more information.
Can arrive as early as 8:00 am and will provide their own booth and cooking supplies.
Must prepare a minimum of 5 gallons of adobo per booth:
some can be prepared ahead of time, but the dishes presented to the judges for the 12:00 noon judging must be cooked on-site
Designate a category:
Pork (includes pork mixed with chicken), Chicken, & Non-Traditional (anything else)
Winner & Runner-Up (per category), People’s Choice Award, Team Spirit Award
