Simbang Gabi: Traditional Filipino Mass and Celebration

This year’s community SIMBANG GABI will be on Saturday, December 21st, beginning at 7:00 pm with a Mass, followed by a festive celebration featuring Filipino food immediately afterwards in the Community Center. This Filipino tradition focuses on the spiritual preparation for Christmas and the expectant joy of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Reception in the Community Center immediately after Mass
Festivities include the following highlights:
- A buffet of Filipino dishes, delicacies & desserts
- Display of colorful “paroles” – Christmas gifts and give-aways
- Picture taking with Santa Claus (Bring your own camera)
- Christmas caroling by Flos Cantum
- Door prizes and Christmas giveaways
- Folk dances by Tropical Rhythms – Dance the night away!
